THE NEW YORK FIRE CONVENTION. The citizens’ committee, organised to arrange for the reception and entertainment of the members of the International Association of Fire Engineers, at its thirtieth annual convention to be held in Manhattan, New York, on September 16, 17, 18, 19, has been hard at work for some months past preparing details to make the event the most successful in the history of the association.
