NEW ENGLAND WATERWORKS ASSOCIATION The June meeting of the New England Waterworks association will be held on the tenth day of that month at Norumbega Park. The plan is to leave Boston in the morning for Waltham, where the pumping station will be visited. At the Charles river a boat will be taken for Norumbega Park, where lunch will be served. In the afternoon the Waltham Watch Factory works will be visited, after which the train will be taken so as to arrive at Boston (North station) about 5 :30 P. m. East Orange. N. J., has fixed the new water rates as follows: For one faucet supplying one family, $6.25, and for two families. $10. Three families using one faucet must pay $14.
