Sixty-three cities in Wisconsin own their waterworks. The Fargo, N. Dak., waterworks system will soon be completed. M. J. Tighe is the new member of the water board at Laurel, Md. The new waterworks at Milford, Ohio, will cost about $27,000. Victoria, B. C., has contracted for 350 water meters, to cost $3,745. George Turner has been re-appointed city engineer of Bay City, Mich. Crystal Falls, Mich., has a new $75,000 electric light and waterworks plant. The tests of the new waterworks system at Biloxi, Miss., have proved successful. Half an acre of land will he purchased at Elgin, Ohio, on which to erect a standpipe. Jersey City, N.
