NEW ENGLAND WATERWORKS ASSOCIATION. The annual convention of the New England Waterworks association will be held in Montreal, September 9, 10, 11, 1903. An interesting literary program will be presented at the convention meetings. Arrangements have been made for fare and one-third rates on the certificate plan from all points in the territory of the New England and Trunk Line Passenger association, and, provided suitable encouragement is received, a special train of parlor cars will be run from Boston, via the White mountains. Side trips to points of interest in the immediate vicinity of the city, including the Lachine Rapids, will be arranged. A trip down the St. Utwrenee to the city of Quebec can be made at moderate expense by those who desire. Headquarters will be established at St. Lawrence Hall, a hotel of ample accommodation, where rates of $2.50 per dav have been secured. Applications for rooms should…
