Work on the reservoir and three artesian wells started early in the winter, and has continued up to the present, with satisfactory results, despite the extreme cold during the past three months, which has been one of the hardest obstacles to be fought against. Yet good progress is being made. With two artesian wells overflowing in the centre of the reservoir, the walls of which are only partially constructed, to keep it clear of water and ice in that severe weather, was no small job.
