Specially written for FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING The fact that the Central States Waterworks association and the Association of Boards of Public Service of Ohio now work hand in hand and hold their conventions at the same time and place adds interest to the gatherings, and tends towards the furtherance of municipal improvements in the State of Ohio at least by bringing together those interested in such matters and affording the citizens of the convention city the opportunity of listening to profitable addresses and discussions on subjects that most intimately concern their welfare.
