WHAT WATERWORKS MEN ARE DOING Construction, Extension, and Management of Plants. SOUTH ELBERON, N. J. South Elberon is having an artesian water plant constructed alongside the railroad track, a short distance north of the Deal depot. The newly incorporated South Elberon Water company is promoting the enterprise. Boring the well has been begun alongside of the brook which flows to the ocean. The concrete foundations for the pumping station have also been built last week. The plant is to be a small one. The Tintern Manor Water company now supplies all of the South Elberon and Deal territory under a perpetual franchise grant. The new water company, however, will lay its pipes through the South Elberon streets which have not yet been dedicated to the borough of Deal. The first plant in Deal was a failure.
