NEW ENGLAND WATERWORKS ASSOCIATION. The annual meeting of the New England Waterworks association was held in the hotel Brunswick, Boston, on Wednesday last. The regular order of business followed: President’s address; reports of secretary, treasurer, editor and auditing committee.
