FIRE-REPORTING AND SALVAGE COMPANY OF SEATTLE. The Fire-Reporting and Salvage company of Seattle, Wash., just incorporated and bonded, has been granted a franchise by that city to operate a fire-reporting and salvage corps, and has added to this an inspection bureau for the inspection of fire risks within business districts. Associated with it in this department are men of years of experience and ability, and the aim of the company will be to minimise losses in fire, water and theft and to protect its subscribers as well as the insurance companies. The manager is Robert M. Castle; superintendent of operation, William E. Carr; superintendent of risk inspection, Edward Crabbe.
