A complete waterworks system is being installed in the lumbering town of Lyonsville, Cal. La Moure, N. Dak., has let a contract to Gilbert W. Haggart, of Fargo, for laying mains at $25,000. Goliad, Tex., Water company has installed two large boilers. The city has a very fine waterworks system. Michigan City, Ind., has awarded a contract to A. M. Osborn, Chicago, for 6-in. water pipe, at $22.50 per ton. The water system of West Bend, Wis., has been completed, except so far as regards the setting of the hydrants. At Columbia, S.
