Box Factory Fire at Atlanta. The premises of the Atlantic Trunk company at Atlanta, Ga., recently suffered heavy loss from a fire that broke out in the building, located in the western portion of the city, They are of brick and each occupies a space of 50 x 200 ft. Neither is equiped with sprinklers, and neither is a new structure. The width of the street in front is 50 ft. and on it is laid an 8-in. watermain. The fire, which it is supposed, was of incendiary origin, broke out in the rear of the box factory. No alarm was turned in; but the attention of the tire department was called to the blaze by the incessant whistles of the railway locomotives. The. contents being boxes, trunks, and the dried lumber and other inflammable materials used by the company in the manufacture of its products made a tierce blaze…
