Death of Chief Frank L. Wadden. Former Chief Engineer Frank L. Wadden, aged 61, a veteran of the Civil war, died at his home on Rockaway street, Marblehead, Mass., on December 7. He was born in that town and always lived there. For about forty years he was connected with the fire department, and for a number of years was chief engineer. At the time of his death he was one of the board of fire engineers and was president of the Firemen’s Relief association. In the Civil war he served in Co. C., 8th Mass, regiment, Capt. Samuel C. Graves. He represented the town in the legislature two terms as a Democrat. He was a member of the Democratic town committee. He was a past sachem of Manataug tribe, I. O. R.
