Grand Rapids Fire Station and Watertower. In the convention number of FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING for August 11, considerable space was devoted to Grand Rapids fire and water equipment. The illustrations printed herewith are supplemental to that article and give adequate ideas of fire station No. 5 and of the twelve-sided concrete water tower respectively. It will be noted that these structures of prime necessity have been pleasingly treated as to their achitectural aspects as well as being made to efficiently serve their strictly utilitarian ends.
