Boston Fire Chiefs’ Club. The Fire Chiefs’ Club of Massachusetts is again ready for another season of activity. The following letter and list of topics was recently mailed by the secretary. Chief William Brophy, from his office. 17 Egleston street, Boston. The letter says: “Dear Sir:—In order to make the meetings of the Fire Chiefs’ Club both interesting and profitable, the president and board of directors have arranged topics for discussion at each monthly meeting from October. 1909. to May, 1910, inclusive. Each topic will be specially assigned to certain members of the club, but it is hoped that every member will take a sufficient amount of interest in all the topics to be present at each meeting and listen to the discussions if not caring to participate in the same, but it is hoped that some one of the topics will so appeal to each member, and that he…
