Water Works Litigation. Ray & Franklin, of Frankfort, attorneys for M. B. Foswoos. of Georgetown. Ky., have served notice on the Georgetown Water, Electric Light & Power Company that they will appear before Circuit Judge Parker, of Fayette county, to ask that the plant be thrown into the hands of a receiver. There is now a vacation in the Scott Circuit Court and plaintiff says that the judgment by this court for the sum of $3,500 damages done the plaintiff remains unpaid. Execution was levied on the electric and water buildings and machinery on College and Water streets, besides the gas house on Mulberry, with all machinery, pipes, wires, etc. This levy is made subject to a mortgage lien to the Union Savings Bank & Trust Company of Cincinnati for $100,000, or such sum as may be due thereon.
