Los Angeles Fire Alarm System Some time ago N. Banks Cregier submitted to the city council of Los Angeles, Cal., a report on a proposed fire alarm system for that city. The proposed several systems are not only for present requirements, but are of such design and construction that the needs of the city may be fulfilled for at least twenty years to come, and for a population of practically one million inhabitants. One of the most desirable features of the plan here presented is the possible combination between the three systems for perfect oral communication at all times. An important point of consideration is the building of the three systems at one and the same time.
