FILTRATION The News of Joliet, Ill., thinks that if the city had a commission government it would be able to have an improved waterworks service and filtration plant. Logansport, Ind., is determined to have a filtration plant. The public is falling into line with the project started by the Daily Reporter of that city, and it is expected that in a very short time a vote of the citizens will be taken on the question.
