Washington Fire Department Regulations The act of Congress making regulations and providing appropriations for the various departments controlled by the district commissioners contains the following relating to the fire department It will be remembered that Chief Wagner and Master Mechanic Robinson were not present at the Denver convention. The cause of this is shown by no allowance for expenses and the maximum time allowed for leave of absence.
