Personal GENERAL NEWS ARTICLES Fred Bosch has tendered his resignation as superintendent of the water works at Whitewater, Wis. It has been accepted by the commission and E. A. Griswold elected to fill the place of superintendent. S. A. Stern, for the past five years manager of the Arkansaw Water Co., at Little Rock, Ark., has resigned. He will probably go into business in Little Rock. The citizens of Delmar, Del., are discussing the meter question. Water is being wasted to such an extent that all consumers may have to use meters. David Morey, Jr., who has been assistant in charge of the construction of the filter plant at Dallas, Tex., has been engaged by the city commissioners as permanent superintendent and chemist in charge of the system.
