CORRESPONDENCE The New Brunswick Fire Department To THE EDITOR: I have had a very successful year in the department. The fire loss has been small in comparison to other years, and the department is gradually getting to be a business proposition. I have one Robinson auto truck in service, a Waterous triple combination auto to be delivered about February 15, and two Cross front drive tractors for two of the steamers to be delivered about the second week of March. I have also had ten paid men added to the department, making fifteen in all. I will send you a copy of my annual report when it is ready. Hoping you are well and wishing you a Happy New Year.
