PERSONALS H. F. Huby has been appointed general manager of the Western New York Water Company, and all matters in reference to operation and service should be referred to him at the main office of the company, 704 Electric Building, Buffalo, N. Y. Mr. John T. Mooney, formerly general superintendent, is no longer identified with the company. John W. Brunson rounded out a half centurv of service in the Bureau of Water in Philadelphia this week. It was on March 19, 1864, after his enlistment in the Union army had expired that Brunson received the city appointment and was assigned to the old Fairmount pumping station. He is now attached to the Queen Lane station. Fellow employees and other friends who knew that the 19th was his golden anniversary gave him a reception at the Queen Lane plant. He is 74 years old.
