WATER WORKS NEWS ITEMS An additional well has been bored at Woodbury, N. J. A new water works has been installed at Kenton, Tenn. Fairmount, Ind., is to remodel its waterworks this summer. The authorities of Plains, Mont., are considering a plan for the city to own its water works. A movement is on foot at Lakeside, Fla., to start building a new water plant before next winter. The new water system at Carlisle, Ky., has been placed in operation. The system cost $30,000. The Woolwich Water Company, Woolwich, N J., has installed a new motor driven pump at its water works. A proposition to issue $4,500 bonds for a waterworks system is to be voted upon by Ipswich, S. D., voters.
