PERSONALS E. R. Candor, superintendent of the Searcy, Ark., water and light plant, has been appointed city engineer. Frederick S. Angus has been unanimously elected a member of the Burlington, Vt., water board, by the city council. J. Y. Eccleston has been named president of the People’s Water Company, of San Francisco., Cal., in place of Frank C. Havens, who resigned. J. H. Cunningham, who recently secured franchises for water and light systems at Ridgefield, Wash., is to shortly start construction work on a reservoir and power house. Charles W. Hobbs has been made president of the San Angelo, Cal., Water, Light and Power Company. W. A. Guthrie continues as vicepresident and general manager and M. F. Treadwell becomes secretary.
