H.—Plans are being prepared for the laying of four miles of 4-in. pipe and the erection of a standpipe. Estimated cost, $15,000. Beverly, Mass.—City is considering the relaying of some mains. Estimated cost, $11,000. LeRoy, N. Y.—Plans for the proposed water works system, estimated cost. $105,000, include 25,000 ft. 14-in. wood pipe, and a filtration plant with a capacity of 700,000 gals. Dartmouth, Mass.—An appropriation of $50,000 is reported to have been authorized for the installation of a water works system. Hagerstown, Md.—Stockholders of the Washington County Water Company have voted to increase the capital stock from $320,000 to $870,000, for the contructioa of a storage reservoir. Winsboro, S.
