PERSONALS Richard J. McIntyre has been elected water commissioner at Clinton, Mass. Friends of Chief A. F. Potter, of the Hattiesburg, Miss., department, sympathize with him over the death of his wife, recently. Clark Robertson, the oldest volunteer fireman in the State of New York, died in Gloversville yesterday, aged 80 years. He was at one time Chief of the Johnstown F’ire Department. R. H. Thomson, who for many years has been in charge of the design and construction of municipal improvements, including the’ city water supply, in Seattle, Wash., has been elected a member of the Seattle City Council. Chief James Broderick, of the fire department of Detroit, Mich., who was injured about a month ago in a collision, is fast regaining strength and is eager to return to duty.
