DOMINION ASSOCIATION OF FIRE CHIEFS The annual convention of the Dominion Association of Fire Chiefs, the first of the organization under its new scope and title, held at Windsor, Ont., on August 8 to 11, was called to order by the president, Chief J. W. Graham, of Ottawa; Rev. P. W. Harding, of Windsor, gave the invocation and Mayor A. W. Jackson, of Windsor, welcomed the delegates, and in the course of his address said he hoped the convention from the standpoint of the association would be very successful, and also that the visitors would enjoy their stay in the city. Alderman E. Eansor. chairman of the fire committee of Windsor, also made an address of welcome, saying he takes great pride in fire department work. He was followed by T.
