METERAGE The Water Plant Committee of the City Council of Passaic, N. J., is planning to meter all services in the community. The City Board of Control of Canton, Ohio, recently contracted with the Gamon Meter Company of Newark, N. J., for one thousand meters. The City Council of Norfolk, Neb., recently voted to install water meters in all churches and school houses. It was also voted to charge for the water used in these places. A contract for about six hundred water meters for the Cohoes, N. Y., Public Works Department was recently awarded by the Board of Contract and Supply of that city to the following: Hersey Manufacturing Company for 1-inch, 1 1/2-inch and 2-inch meters, models F, E and D; Neptune Meter Company for 5/8-inch and 3/4-inch size Trident meters; Union Water Meter Company for 3-inch model.
