Business Building at Wilsall Destroyed The Valley Trading Company’s establishment in the center of Wilsall, Mont., was recently destroyed by a fire, which was discovered at 5:30 a. m., by a hotel keeper who smelled smoke and gave the alarm. The structure was 50 by 60 feet in area, one story high, and of wood construction, and the fire started in one end of the basement. There was dense smoke on the first floor and fire was going up the wall of the first floor when the fire department, of which F. L. Kistner is chief, arrived. Assistant Chief H. Liek was present with twelve firemen and one chemical apparatus. It is stated there is no water supply in the town and the fire was so far advanced when discovered and was fanned by a high west wind that the building was doomed. The _____ estimated at $75,000.
