METERAGE When the new water system is completed at Wooster, Ohio, it is expected that meters will be adopted. According to the water commissioners of Gardner, Mass., the installation of meters which was begun two years ago has been about two-thirds completed. They expect to complete the work this year. According to the Commissioner of Public Works of Chicago, Ill., the city has meters installed on eighty-one of the free service pipes. Some of these meters were Installed before the church, school or home obtained the free water privileges. Some of these institutions had meters when the territory in which they are located was outside of the city limits.
