The Richmond Convention Upon recommendation of the Council Committee on Advertising and Enterprises the Finance Committee has voted funds for the City of Richmond, Va., to co-operate with the Water Works Manufacturers’ Association in providing entertainment, for the delegates to the annual convention of the American Water Works Association which will be held at Richmond, Va., May 7 to 11, 1917. This convention will give the members of the association and their guests an unusual opportunity to visit points of historical interest in and about the city. In order to appreciate them fully it is necessary to visit them personally. The trip to Richmond will give the members of the American Water Works Association a good opportunity to pay a personal visit to these old historical centers.
