PERSONALS Deputy Chief Daniel F. Sennott and Captain John Galway of the Boston, Mass., fire department, were the speakers at a recent meeting of the Bostonian Society. Deputy Chief Sennott told of the development of the science of fire fighting from early days and Captain Galway spoke on fire prevention. Mr. Joseph C. Sanders is now president of the American Foundry and Manufacturing Company, succeeding his brother, B. H. Sanders, who died on May 6. Joseph C. Sanders had been associated with him for many years as vice-president and he will, it is announced, conduct the business in the future along the same lines as in the past. Corporal Herman Aitken, a son of Chief John Aitken, of the London, Ont., fire department, who had been doing military duty for nearly two years in the British army in France, was killed in action on May 9, according to official word…
