National Fire Protection Association The National Fire Protection Association has issued News Letter No. 9, dated June 1, and states that the annual bulletin on the hazards of the celebration of Independence Day is in preparation, and will be mailed shortly; the time is opportune for it; that the National Safety Council has already requested its members to send in helpful suggestions for making the observance of Fire and Accident Prevention Day a success this year, and that it is equally desirable that members of the N. F. P. A. should do this. The News Letter also says; “The Missouri Inspection Bureau (Member N. F. P. A.) has issued an illustrated report on the destruction of a sprinklered cotton seed oil mill at Caruthersville, Mo.
