Water Meter With Rotary Piston A patent for a water meter with rotary piston, filed in the U. S. Patent Office, Washington, D. C., was granted to Alfred Monard, of Paris, France. The specifications state the patent, No. 179,208, relates to water meters of the rotary piston type and has for its object improvements therein for the purpose of increasing the sensitiveness and accuracy, facilitating the construction, etc. In the accompanying drawings, Fig. 1 is a sectional elevation of the bottom portion of the meter according to this invention; Fig. 2 is a horizontal section on line A—B of Fig. 1; Fig. 3 is a section on line C—D of Fig. 2; Fig. 4 is a detail view, in section on line E—F of Fig. 2.
