THE CATSKILL WATER SUPPLY COMPLETED The Great Aqueduct of 135 Miles Passes Over to Control of the City. Mayor Mitchel Formally Accepts the $177,000,000 Water Works System and Classes it Above the Panama Canal in the Magnitude of Its Engineering Triumphs. On behalf of the city of New York, Mayor Mitchel formally accepted the Catskill Aqeduct and Water System on Friday, Octoger 12, in the Aldcmanic Chamber of the City Hall.
