MANCHESTER’S BOARD OF WATER COMMISSIONERS MAKE A GOOD REPORT In presenting their forty-sixth annual report the Board of Water Commissioners of Manchester, N. H., accompany the same with the reports of Superintendent James H. Mendell, and that of Registrar John L. Wade, both of which are quite minute as to detail and cover every phase of the activities carried on by the board during the year past. In commenting on these reports, the president of the board, Charles H. Manning, says: “The twelve months of which we now make record have been crowded with unceasing activities.
