PERSONALS Peter J. Rosar, for a long time chief of the fire department of Scranton, Pa., has applied to be retired on pension. Mr. Ray Crozier who has been superintendent of the Peoria Water Works at Peoria, Ill., has been made general manager. Rattalion Chief Samuel R. Henry, of the District of Columbia Fire Department, was slightly injured not long ago, when his car collided with another. The injuries were on the chief’s hands and body. After fifteen years of service as engineer of the water system of Winchester, Va., Carroll L. Carver has resigned his position and will probably be succeeded by the present night engineer, N. Stover Lewis.
