Reserve Supply for Scituate The dam at North Scituate, R. I., constructed to furnish a secondary reservoir for the Providence water system, will be finished before winter sets in, which assures a large reserve supply for next summer. The spring flood waters of the Moswansicut river, hitherto wasted, will be stored in the new reservoir and will provide at least a month’s full supply for the city of Providence.
