CONVENTION The Next Meeting to be Held in Kansas City — June 24 to 27 Set as the Dates — Early Indications for a Banner Convention of the Association AS exclusively announced in the columns of FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING, in its last issue, the decision of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Fire Engineers to hold the next annual convention of the association—the fortyseventh—in Kansas City, Mo., was communicated to this journal by wire from the secretary, General Fire Marshal James McFall, the Emergency Fleet Corporation, U. S. Shipping Board. The association met last year in the city of Chicago, Ill. on June 4, 5, and 6, and Chief A. A.
