NEW YORK CHIEFS’ CONVENTION The Thirteenth Annual Convention of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs, Held at Watertown, a Great Success—An Interesting Business Session— Enjoyable Trip Through the Thousand Islands (Special Report for FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING) THE thirteenth annual convention of the New York State Association of Fire Chiefs convened at 1:45 p.m. on August 11th at the Elks’ Hall, Watertown, N. Y., President Collin, ex-Chief of Cohoes, N. Y., in the chair. The invocation was made by the Rev. Winfred P. Moody, after which President Collin introduced the Hon. I. R. Been, mayor of Watertown. who welcomed the visiting chiefs.
