Two National Board Booklets

Issue 10 and Volume 66.

Two National Board Booklets Two important booklets recently issued by the National Board of Fire Underwriters are regulations for the installation, maintenance and use of gasoline vapor, gas lighting machines, lamps and systems, and regulations governing the production, storing and handling of nitro-cellulose motion picture films, as recommended by the National Fire Protection Association. The latter goes quite exhaustively into the matter of lessening the hazard of the motion picture film, a very important subject, treating the type of building to he used, storage, sprinkler protection, lighting, heating, handling, types of containers, management, etc. There are six plates and a line drawing showing a plan and elevation of a 750-foot vault for the storage of the films.
