Michigan Firemen’s Association Proceedings The report of the proceedings of the forty-fifth annual convention of the Michigan State Firemen’s Association has been received and is an excellently prepared volume, containing full reports of addresses and papers, all of which were of interest to firemen and many others. The constitution and bylaws of the association and a complete list of chiefs of fire departments throughout the state are included. The convention was held in Ludington, Mich., June 10, 11 and 12, 1918. and was presided over by President William Spencer of Grand Rapids. While it is still rather early preparations are already being made for the 48th annual convention of the New York State Firemen’s Association, which will be held the week commencing August 16, 1920, at Glens Falls.
