OBITUARY Edward O’Brien Edward O’Brien, water commissioner of Medina, N. Y., was killed January 3, by a falling chimney at a fire. Mr. O’Brien was born in the town of Albion 53 years ago and had been a resident of Medina for about 26 years. He was street commissioner before he received the appointment of water commissioner. Douglas A. Brown Douglas A. Brown, who was well known to the members of the American Water Works Association as its official stenographer for several years, passed away on November 12, 1919, his death being caused by cancer of the stomach. Mr. Brown, in his connection with the association and its members, endeared himself by his uniform courtesy, his efficinecy and devotion to duty.
