International Association of Fire Engineers Some Letters Endorsing the Progressive Program for the Year, as Outlined by President Kenlon, and Now Being Put into Practice—Plans Working Out as He Proposed Them THE following extracts from letters, received shortly after President John Kenlon had announced the plans and policies of the International Association of Eire Engineers, give a very good idea of the enthusiasm with which members all over the country regard the progressive program that has been inaugurated by that association. That these and the many other communications of a like nature, received were not mere empty expressions of opinion, has been proved by the whole-hearted and enthusiastic way in which the chiefs have risen to the support of their president, and have put their shoulders to the wheel in the work of the various committees and in the membership campaign.
