Fire News from Georgia The city of Sylvester has received their new AmericanLab ranee triple combination which is now in service. Sylvester now has a paid department, and all apparatus are motorized. The Savannah firemen, under Chief Munroe and Assistant Chiefs Tosbach and Fogerty, entertained all the orphans from the five orphanages in Savannah at a feast at fire headquarters in the way of a picnic. A large dinner was served the children, which included sandwiches, cakes, candies, pies, ice cream and fruits. After the dinner was served, all the youngsters in squads accompanied by ten firemen went to the Bijou and Odeon Theatres for the rest of the afternoon to enjoy the vaudeville and moving pictures there were 350 children and forty old ladies from the Abraham Home for the Aged in the party.
