Employees to Share in Management of Company Announcement that plans were in contemplation under which employes of the Federal Electric Company would have a voice in the management of the company, was made by John F. Gilchrist, president, in an address delivered on June 26th at a housewarming at the concern’s new plant, in Chicago. Mr. Gilchrist told the employes that they could purchase stock in the company at almost any terms convenient to themselves, and said he was very pleased to observe that approximately forty per cent, of the employees were already stockholders.
