Cleveland Fire Notes A souvenir program of neat appearance was issued by the city of Cleveland on the occasion of the recent annual parade of its fire and police departments, which contained portraits of the administrative officers of the department of public safety and department officials, with a full roster of members of both departments and an “In Memoriam” page giving the names of those who had died during the year. The programs were sold at fifty cents and the proceeds applied to the pension funds of the two safety departments. According to the program the fire department column was headed by Chief George A. Wallace and staff, followed by the engine companies, hook and ladder companies and hose companies, in the order named. The engine companies were commanded by Battalion Chief P. J. Reddy, the hook and ladder companies by Battalion Chief H. J. Delaney and the hose companies…
