Pacific Coast Chiefs’ Association Holds Convention Annual Meeting Held at Oakland, Cal. — Prolific Discussions on Great Variety of Subjects—New Officers Elected—Large Attendance of Western Chiefs Secretary THE twenty-seventh annual convention of the Pacific Coast Association of Fire Chiefs convened in Oakland, Cal., on Monday, September 13, 1920. The following report has been furnished to FIRE AND WATER ENGINEERING by Harry W. Bringhurst, fire marshal of Seattle, Wash., and secretary of the association: MONDAY MORNING—September 13 The session was called to order at 10:00 A. M. by President Elliott Whitehead of Oakland, Cal. Rev. James A. Francis of Los Angeles, offered the invocation, and Mayor Meredith P.
