Water Waste Literature of New York Department of Water Supply To the Editor: A water meter representative calling on this office recently left a memorandum on what seems to be part of a circular issued by the New York Department of Water Supply, Gas and Electricity. The circular, at least the part which I have of it, shows a faucet opened to different degrees with different sized stream issuing from it, and the loss such flow represents in both quantity of water and money.
