Cleveland to Have Rescue Squad The first-aid course instituted by Assistant Chief James E. Granger, of the Cleveland, Ohio, fire department, is to be taken by ten captains and lieutenants of the department, who, when graduated, will form the first rescue squad of the department. The members of the squad are: Battalion Chief William J. Joyce, of the tenth battalion; Captain Charles L. McElroy, engine company No. 28; Captain Harry Canned, engine company No. 30; Captain Otto M. Cermack, hook and ladder No. 1; Lieutenant William J. Denaple, hook and ladder No. 1 ; Lieutenant Harry Coughlin, engine company No. 17; Lieutenant Stanley Kostohris, engine company No. 7; Lieutenant James Troyan, hook and ladder No. 10; Lieutenant William Kruse, engine company No. 29; Lieutenant John G.
