Pacific Chiefs Visit Boston A party of Pacific coast fire chiefs visited Boston while on a tour of Eastern cities after the convention in Atlanta, Ga. Included in the group were Chiefs Dunphy, of Sacramento; Short, of Oakland; Murphy, of Stockton; Murphy, of San Francisco; Noonan, of Vallejo; Hirschey, of Hillsboro; Rose, of Berkeley; Wallace, of Modesto; Culver, of Emeryville; Culver, of Piedmont; Berkholtz, of Fresno; Stevens, of San Francisco fire prevention bureau; and Young, of Portland, Ore. A special drill was held at Boston fire headquarters for the visitors after which they were taken in automobiles to historic points of interest in Boston and vicinity. The reception committee was composed of Chief Peter E. Walsh, of the Boston F. D.; Franklin H. Wentworth, secretary of the National Fire Protection Association; George F.
